株式会社株式会社ディッジ（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するソフトウェア（以下「本ソフトウェア」といいます）および本アプリに関するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用になる皆様（以下「お客様」といいます）の情報を以下のように取り扱うものとします。

本ソフトウェアはお客様の個人情報（メールアドレス等）を、 以下の目的に利用いたします。
・サービス・商品に関するお客様との契約の履行のため
・サービス・商品の継続的なお取引における管理、及びこれに伴う各種ご案内の送付・連絡のため
・ダイレクトメール・電子メール等による情報提供、各種ご案内等
・サービスや商品に関する営業活動を行うため
・顧客動向分析もしくはサービス・商品開発等の調査分析のため

弊社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様ご本人の同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
なお、利用目的の範囲で個人情報を第三者に委託する場合があります。個人情報を委託する場合には、個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう委託先に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
・法令の規定による場合
・人の生命、身体、健康又は財産の保護のために必要な場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
・公衆衛生の向上又は子供の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要が有る場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
・国の国家機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が、法令の定める事務を遂行する事に対して協力する必要が有る場合であって、 本人の同意を得る事により当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼす恐れがある場合

お客様は、弊社に対して『個人情報保護に関する法律』に定めるところにより、お客様ご自身に関する保有個人データを開示するよう 請求する事ができます。弊社に開示を求める場合には、下記記載の窓口または、お取引店にご連絡下さい。 開示請求手続きの詳細についてご案内致します。万一、お客様個人の個人情報の内容が事実でない事が判明した場合には、 弊社は速やかに訂正または削除に応じるものとします。 弊社の個人情報の取扱いに関するお問合せにつきましては、下記までご連絡下さいます様お願い申し上げます。

DH.inc(hereinafter referred to as “DH.inc”) will handle the information of users (hereinafter, the "Customers") of the software provided by the Company (hereinafter, the "Software") and the services related to this app (hereinafter, the "Services") as set forth below.

This software will use your personal information (such as your email address) for the following purposes.
・To perform our contracts with you regarding services and products
・To manage ongoing transactions for services and products and to send notices and communications related thereto
・To provide information and various notices by direct mail, email, etc.
・To conduct sales and marketing activities related to services and products
・To analyze customer trends and to conduct research and analysis for service/product development
・To contact you in case of accidents or other emergencies

・For post-termination administration after the cancellation of transactions
